"My experience with Jamie Garner’s State Farm office was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I felt like I was being led to believe everything would be handled smoothly and professionally, but that was not my experience.

Jamie was rarely available when I needed assistance, and on multiple occasions, meeting dates and times were incorrect, which made an already frustrating process even more difficult.

The front desk experience was just as disappointing. Lydia almost never answered the phone, and when I left messages, I sometimes waited up to two weeks for a return call—if I received one at all.

Good customer service starts with communication and follow-through, and unfortunately, this office consistently fell short in both areas. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Jamie Garner’s office to anyone looking for responsive, reliable insurance service."
